Zulufish has gained planning approval in Primrose Hill

We’re excited to have been granted permission by The London Borough of Camden to proceed with the construction of a ground floor rear extension and full internal renovation of a grand Victorian terrace house, just moments from Primrose Hill.

The property is in a fiercely protected Conservation Area and planning success was won through careful negotiation with the council and local Conservation Area Committee. In the end the permission was obtained and subject to a negotiated Section 106 Agreement.

Now that the project has gained planning permission, our clients are enjoying working with our Interior design team to finely craft a mix of textural surfaces and refined architectural language to create a sense of calm throughout, in what will be a contemporary light-filled home.
