Zulufish has once again been honoured at the UK Property Awards 2023-2024, winning an award for Best Interior Design for a Private Residence in London. This marks our second win, following our initial victory in the 2019-2020 awards.
Zulufish transformed this West London townhouse into open, light-filled spaces, connecting the family to nature and allowing for a vibrant family life. Drawing from a calm and serene neutral colour palette, the design achieves an uninterrupted flow throughout the house, enhanced by textural interplay between materials.
Bespoke joinery was seamlessly incorporated to maximise functionality without compromising the aesthetic. The kitchen stands as the heart of entertainment, with bedrooms harmoniously aligned on one floor, and a versatile loft ready for work or welcoming guests. This project was also featured in an extensive 8-page article in Livingetc’s March 2024 issue.
Companies received awards for categories ranging across property development, real estate, interior design and architecture. Winners were chosen from over 900 entries spread across the Asia Pacific regions, which were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by four UK Lords and over 80 industry professionals. The UK Property awards are part of the globally recognised International Property Awards which have been running for almost 30 years. Covering 48 different categories, the awards are open to residential and commercial professionals with regional heats staged across the Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and UK regions.
